Ahmed Al -Humairi is crowning the Judicial Department as a champion of the 12th edition of the Mansour bin Zayed Cup for Football 2025

His Excellency Ahmed bin Mohammed Al -Humairi, Secretary -General of the Presidential Bureau last night, witnessed the conclusion of the “Mansour bin Zayed Football Cup 2025” championship, at the external stadium of the “Emirates Palace Hotel” in Abu Dhabi.

His Excellency crowned the “Judicial Department” team as a champion of the 12th edition of the tournament, after winning the final match against the “Citizen and Society Affairs Office” team with a penalty shootout 4-2 after a 1-1 draw in the original and additional runs.

The closing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Hassan Al Hammadi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Presidency Bureau for the Support Services Sector, His Excellency Ghanem Mubarak Al -Hajri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports, His Excellency Mohamed Abdullah Hazam Al Dhaheri, Secretary -General of the Emirates Football Association, and a number of officials in the Presidential Bureau, representatives of sponsoring companies, various media, and the sports sector in the state.

His Excellency Ahmed bin Mohammed Al -Humairi appreciated the great support of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidency Bureau to sponsor the youth and sports sector through the establishment of distinguished sports tournaments during the holy month of Ramadan in a way that contributes to promoting sports culture, strengthening social ties and ensuring their sustainability among employees, and enhancing the spirit of belonging and giving among all members of society.

His Excellency congratulated the “Judicial Department” team on winning the championship cup, wishing success to all the teams in the upcoming championships and praised the role of the organizing committee in the distinguished organization of the championship and the strong levels of the participating teams, and the positive spirit that prevailed in the matches, which in turn contributed to the advancement of the technical level of the tournament.

His Excellency expressed his thanks and appreciation to the “Emirates Football Association” and the “UAE Professional Association” for their prominent role in the success of the tournament, praising their efforts in supporting sports in the country and developing the level of competitions.

He emphasized that this fruitful cooperation between the various parties enhances sports initiatives and establishes its position as an essential part of the targeted societal events and thanked all the sponsors, strategic partners, entities and media institutions for their constant support for the tournament and their active participation in this wonderful sporting event.

His Excellency Ahmed Al -Humairi, the ruler of the final match, honored Adel Al -Naqbi and Hamad Ali Youssef, and the ideal administrator, Mohamed Abdel Karim, from the “Secretary -General Office team“.

Sebastian Tigali, from the “Judicial Department” team, won the award for the best player in the championship, while the Al -Haddaf Award went to the face of Junior, from the “Judicial Department” team, and the best goalkeeper to Mustafa Jaber, from the “Citizen and Society Affairs Office” team, which turned to His Excellency the silver medals to win the second place, while the “Secretary -General Office” team won the third place and crowned the bronze medals after Winning a penalty shootout 3-2 over the “Emirates National Schools” team in the meeting that preceded the final match.

His Excellency also honored the official sponsors of the championship, “Royal Jet Company”, “Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental” and “Mercator Tourism and Travel and Travel”, along with “Aroma de Lamori” for perfumes that presented the “Man of the match” during the championship competitions.

It is noteworthy that the twelfth edition witnessed the participation of 16 teams that were divided into 4 groups, and the first and second positions qualified to the quarter -finals, and the confrontations were supervised by a group of the best international rulers.
