By a judicial ruling, the “News” band is prohibited from annulment of its contract with Ador

On Friday, a South Korean court ruled that the famous “New Gynes” group could not cut ties with one side with the music recordings company producing its business, and the band announced after a dispute with the company.
The “Newns” of 5 girls, Herin, Daniel, Hanny, Menji, and Hayyin, announced November its decision to stop work with “Adour”, accusing the company of “ill -treatment.”

Great damage

After the success achieved by “New Jeans”, the company confirmed that the band has to continue working under its supervision and asked the judiciary to prevent members of the band from working independently.
A court in Seoul and Friday issued a decision in favor of the company, as it ruled that the band should not practice independent activities.
The court concluded that if the band ended its “exclusive contract with one -sided roles” and changed its name, the company would incur “great harm.”
The court indicated that the band’s actions “will harm not only the value of Newns, but also with a reputation.”
“Newns”, which started its career in 2022, is one of the most profitable teams at HIeb.
But it is in a dispute with the company that has produced its business since April 2024, when “Hib” tried to expel its product, Min Hee-Gin.

Public dispute

In solidarity with her, the group issued a final warning “HIeb”, which asked her to return Maine to her position, which the company rejected.
In response, New Jeans announced their disagreement with the company, accusing it of deliberately sabotaging their career.

But the court confirmed Friday that based on the evidence provided by the band, “it is difficult to conclude that + Adur + has greatly violated the basic obligations of the contract.”
