The profits of “Al -Rashed for Industry” rise 56.5% to 34.9 million riyals in 2024

Al -Rashid Industry Company’s profits in 2024 increased by 56.5% to 34.9 million riyals, compared to 22.3 million riyals in 2023.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the reason for the increase in the net profit is due to: growth in the company’s sales, and improving and raising the efficiency of operational operations.
Yesterday, the Board of Directors recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending 31-12 – 2024 AD.
The total amount distributed is estimated at 10 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 8 million shares.
The share share of the distribution is 1.25 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 12.5%.
After the general assembly approval of this recommendation, the right to distribute profits to shareholders ownership of shares is at the end of the day trading the association’s history, and the registration of the company’s shareholders ’record at the Securities Depository Center Company (deposit) at the end of the second trading day that follows the date of the General Assembly, which will be announced later.
