The Kingdom contributes to achieving water sustainability through more than 105 humanitarian projects in 16 countries

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by its human arm, contributed to the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Acts in providing effective support for the water and environmental sanitation sector in the affected countries and in need of all over the world; In order to find a healthy and safe environment for societies and individuals and contribute to achieving their water security, because water is one of the main ingredients for the presence of humanity on the ground, as the center implemented 105 projects allocated to the water sector with a value of 301 million and 763 thousand US dollars that included 16 countries. And 729 thousand dollars, the distribution of drinking water in all governorates of Yemen, especially in the regions, where the displaced people are stationed or suffer from a shortage of water sources, in addition to implementing a project to dig and develop water wells in the governorates of Hadramout, Hodeidah and Shabwa, and another project to improve access to environmental water services in 45 health centers, and raise the level of control and evaluation in 117 other health centers, as well as the work of the center to drain Waste and waste in a reliable way and preventive maintenance of water and wastewater tanks and toilets.
& nbsp. And the rehabilitation of water stations and the solid waste management system in Idlib Governorate. A super well and 15 medium -depth wells in the Republic of Mali, as well as digging 52 wells in the Republic of Ghana with the aim of providing water sources suitable for drinking and personal use in the most needy areas, and contributing to reducing the percentage of diseases resulting from drinking polluted water, and providing water for agriculture and livestock on which the housing economy depends.
