The audience’s proposals lead the development of digital services for “Education”

The Ministry of Education called on members of the community to submit their development proposals and ideas through the service of “submitting a proposal”, which is available through its official website, as part of its continuous endeavor to improve its services in a way that meets the needs of customers and keeps pace with their aspirations.
The Ministry confirmed in a digital campaign published on its platforms that its doors are open to listen to all constructive proposals, noting that the dealers’ observations are one of the basic pillars that contribute to developing and improving the quality of government services.
“We receive your suggestions and development ideas through the service of submitting a proposal available through our website,” said the Emirates Today’s publications, adding that the aim of this focuses on enhancing transparency and positive interaction with all groups of society, and benefiting from various opinions and experiences in improving the experience of customers.
The service provision service is available in the list of electronic services provided by the official website of the Ministry, which also includes a variety of educational services such as the equivalence of certificates, the registration of educational institutions, the approval of academic programs, and others.
This comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Education in supporting digital transformation and enhancing the efficiency of government performance, in line with the vision of the UAE government in providing high -quality smart and digital services.
The Ministry concluded its invitation under the name of #my digital services and* #Services of the United Arab Emirates*, confirming its commitment to keeping pace with digital developments and meeting the aspirations of customers in an innovative way.
