A threat to a bomb at the headquarters of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation … and the detention of a bus driver

Vienna Police announced today, Tuesday, the detention of a man, after using a truck to close a road in front of the headquarters of the Austrian Public Radio Authority “ORF”, and claimed that he placed a bomb inside the vehicle.
Police said on the “X” platform that the truck is now being searched.
Emergency services surrounded the site and evacuated the buildings in the area.
A broadcaster on the air, after his program was canceled due to the security threat, said that the man threatened to carry out an attack with a bomb in front of the radio headquarters.
