المملكة: 26 Ramadan 1438 .. The stipulated of the royal order to choose Prince Muhammad bin Salman as crown prince

The royal order was issued on the 26th of Ramadan 1438 AH, corresponding to June 21, 2017, with the choice of His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Crown Prince.
The text of Resolution No. (A/ 255) came as follows:

With the help of God Almighty

We are Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Based on the justifications of the members of the pledge of allegiance, the members of the pledge of allegiance to the vast majority, by a majority (31) of (34).

In accordance with the teachings of Islamic Sharia, in what it requires of the necessity of sit -in with the rope of God and cooperation on its guidance, and ensuring that the legal and regulatory reasons, to achieve unity, national cohesion and synergy for good, and based on the legal principles on which the system of government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia settled, and sponsoring the state’s entity and its future and guarantee – with the help of God Almighty – for its continuation on the foundations on which it is based to serve the religion and then the country For her loyal people.

And after reviewing the statute of the ruling, issued by Royal Order No. (A/ 90) dated 27/8/1412 AH.

After reviewing the system of allegiance to the Royal Order No. (A/ 135) dated 26/9/1427 AH.

And after reviewing the Royal Decree No. (A/ 52) on 3/4/1436 AH.

After reviewing the Royal Decree No. (A/ 160) dated 10/6/1436 AH, and the supporter of the vast majority of the members of the allegiance to the selection of His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to be the crown prince.

And based on what is required by the public interest.

He commanded us to come:

First: His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is exempt from the mandate of the Covenant, and from the position of Deputy Prime Minister and the position of Minister of Interior.

Second: The selection of His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as crown prince, and appointing His Highness the Deputy Prime Minister with his continuation as Minister of Defense, and his continuation of other tasks assigned to him.

Third: This is our order to the competent authorities for its approval and implementation.
