The increase in the profits of “Mobi Industry” to 37.6 million riyals in 2024

The net profit of the Mobi Industry Company in 2024 increased by 23.9% to 37.6 million riyals, compared to 30.3 million riyals in 2023.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the reason for the rise in the net profit during this year is due to the increase of sales by 16%, as well as due to the decrease in the cost of sales by 2.5% compared to the previous year.
The company said: Based on its commitment and constant endeavor to achieve more transparency, and a clear vision of the company’s shareholders, and according to the policy of distributing the accredited profits, regulations and relevant regulations, the Board of Directors approved, yesterday, on the plan of quarterly profits distributions to the company’s shareholders during the year 2025 AD, as it will be as follows:
Distribution of 15 halalas per share for the fourth quarter of the year 2024 AD.
Distribution of 15 halalas per share for the first quarter of the year 2025 AD.
Distribution of 15 halalas per share for the second quarter of the year 2025 AD.
Distribution of 15 halalas per share for the third quarter of the year 2025 AD.
The Board of Directors approved the distribution of phased cash dividends to the shareholders for the fourth quarter of the year 2024 AD, according to the company’s accredited policy of profit distribution.
The total amount distributed is 7.5 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 50 million shares.
The share share of the distribution is 0.15 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 15%.
The date of truth will be 1446-10-10 corresponding to 2025-04-08, while the distribution date will be 1446-10-25 corresponding to 2025-04-23.
