She pointed out that the three cases that the recruitment office is obligated to return the amounts of fees, include evidence that the worker is professionally incompetent or does not have good personal behavior during the experiment period, ending the contract or leaving work by the worker for an unlawful reason, in addition to terminating the contract by the employer because the conditions agreed with the recruitment office are not fulfilled.
The Ministry revealed “in a report in the labor market magazine” that it has taken legal and administrative measures against 36 offices to bring in auxiliary workers during the past months of January and February, “22 offices to bring in auxiliary workers during the month of February for 37 violations of the auxiliary service workers law, and 14 offices during the month of January for committing 22 violations”, and violations of their lack of commitment to return each or part of the amount of recruitment to employers Those who deal with it during the specified period, which is two weeks from the date of the assistant worker returns to the recruitment office, or from the date of reporting the interruption of the assistant worker from work.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has warned the assistant labor recruitment offices against not adhering to the legislation governing its workers, stressing that the ministry will deal with the violating offices firmly in the context of applying legal and administrative procedures that may reach the abolition of the offices of offices that commit violations that require them to be closed.
She emphasized the effectiveness of the control system on the work of the auxiliary employment recruitment offices and its follow -up to ensure its commitment to the legal conditions and regulations that would ensure the rights of all parties to the contractual relationship, praising the committed offices and their role in providing distinguished services to customers.
The Ministry called on employers to communicate with them through its channels and digital platforms or via the number 80084 of the Legal Consulting Center to report any violations committed by the employment recruitment offices that they deal with or submit complaints against them.
