The Citizen’s Account Program said that the scholarship student has the right to register, but qualification will not take place if the beneficiary is outside the Kingdom according to the program’s conditions.The Citizen’s Account explained that if the period during which the main beneficiary or one of his dependents was outside the Kingdom exceeds more than 90 days during the past 12 months, whether continuously or intermittently; It is deducted from the citizen’s account support according to the amount of daily support allocated to him in the actual entitlement.
