Ancelotti attacks Javier Rojas .. “Real Madrid is wronged”!

The Real Madrid coach, Italian Carlo Ancelotti, attacked the referee of his team’s match against Real Sociedad, which ended in a 4-4 draw in the second leg of the King’s Cup of Spain (1-0 for Real) due to the controversial arbitration decisions.

Real Madrid had qualified hardly to the final, but Ancelotti expressed his anger at the referee’s whistle, Javier Rokas, and said at the press conference: “The intervention on Vinicius was worthy of the red card, but the referee saw otherwise, while the penalty that we demanded to the quality of Bilingham, I believe that it was due, as there was a clear mistake from the Sociedad player, where we wronged the referee in both cases.”

He explained: “It was an exciting and complex match, but the most important thing is that we qualified for the final, there is no time to think about what happened, as we accomplished the required.”

He added: “The team is in good condition despite playing 50 games this season. The players who participated as substitutes performed a strong performance, while the main players, such as Rodrigo and Pelingham, showed great hardness to the end, physically, we ended the meeting in a better condition than Real Sociedad.”

He continued: “I did not feel at any moment that we are threatened with exclusion at the Bernabeu Stadium, where anything can happen, when we are late in the result, we never give up, because the atmosphere in our stadium gives us strength to continue until the end.”

Real Madrid will meet the final with the winner of Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
