Amira Adeeb reveals her artistic delay due to “bullying on her nose”

Young artist Amira Adib revealed a painful experience in her artistic beginnings, as she said that she had been bullied campaigns targeting her nose, which led to her exclusion from a number of dramas.
Amira Adeeb spoke during her meeting in a radio interview, about the pressures she faced, saying that some directors criticized her appearance directly, and considered that her nose is not compatible with the usual “beauty standards” in the artistic community.
She emphasized that this bullying was an obstacle to her participation in some projects, which left a major psychological impact, but she courageously faced it.

Amira confirmed that she found herself in front of two options, either to undergo plastic surgery to change her face features, or to stay in her nature and bear criticism.
She added that despite the difficulty of the decision, she decided to remain the same, and to be an inspiration for girls who feel pressure to change their forms for societal acceptance.

Amira Adeeb stressed the importance of self -acceptance, saying that bullying did not prevent her from loveing herself, and that she does not see cosmetics is a problem if he came with a personal motivation and not a result of external pressure.
She explained that she might one day consider modifying her features, but the decision will stem from her own desire and not to please others.
She said her artistic goal is to present real works that reflect the diversity of natural beauty, away from stereotypes.
Amira Adeeb recently participated in the series “Aisha Al -Dour”, which was shown during the Ramadan drama season, and discussed important issues related to the absolute woman. The work is starring Donia Samir Ghanem, Nour Mahmoud, and Rehab Al -Jamal, and directed by Ahmed El -Gendy.
