The ruler of Fujairah receives the delegations participating in (Fujukon 2025) and emphasizes the importance of maritime navigation

Fujairah on April 8 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, received at the Rumaila Palace participating in the activities of the Fourteenth International Fujairah Forum to supply ships with fuel and fuel oil (Fujukon 2025), which is hosted by the Emirate of Fujairah in April, organized by the Department of Industry and Economy of the Fujairah Government, the Fujairah Port Authority and the Fujairah Petroleum Industry Region.

His Highness welcomed the guests of the forum and the participating delegations, wishing them success, achieving the desired goals of dialogue sessions, and reaching results that serve decision makers on the prospects of marine ship fuel industry, and enhance their role in a more sustainable future.
His Highness affirmed the rational leadership’s keenness to push the oil and energy sector towards more development, which enhances the contribution of this vital sector in the wheel of the economy and achieve leadership by providing sustainable energy, preserving the environment, and enhancing the state’s position as a strategic location between the countries of the world, as the Middle East station in the sector, pointing to His Highness to the strategic role of the Emirate of Fujairah and its pivotal location as a global center to supply fuel, Storage of oil, supply of crude oil and petroleum products.

In turn, the guests of the forum thanked and appreciated His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi for the hospitality and great support of forums and projects that aim to exchange global experiences, in the field of oil and energy industries.

The forum will be held under the slogan (achieving the vision of maritime navigation, sailing towards sustainable fuel), and attracts a group of prominent speakers, as well as partners from major international companies specialized in the oil sector and providing ships with fuel.
The forum also hosts this year for the major analysts in the S&P Global Comodi Insights, the global lead provider of data, analyzes and reference prices for energy, commodity and energy transition markets, to analyze the developments of the global market to supply ships with fuel and oils, which directly contributes to enhancing cooperation and attracting future opportunities to enhance the UAE’s position in energy markets at the global level.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Mohammed Saeed Al -Dhanhani, Director of the Emiri Diwan, and Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al -Kindi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Forum and Captain Musa Murad, Director of the Port of Fujairah.
