The “IPS Gallery” activities will start tomorrow in Dubai

Dubai, March 13 / WAM / The activities of the twenty -first session of the “IPS 2025 Real Estate Investment Exhibition” will start tomorrow at the Dubai World Trade Center, organized by the Dubai Land and Property Department.
The exhibition comes this year within the framework of supporting the “Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033”, which aims to enhance the emirate’s position as a global center for sustainable real estate investment, and to create an integrated environment that encourages innovation and competitiveness in the real estate sector.
In this context, Majid Al -Marri, Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector in the Dubai Land and Property Department, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, said that the exhibition embodies the strategic vision of the department aimed at supporting the sustainability of the real estate sector and achieving integration between its components, in line with the targets of Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, describing the exhibition as a comprehensive platform that brings together a group of actors locally and internationally, which enhances the position of Dubai as a global center For innovation and smart real estate and sustainable real estate.
The exhibition is a strategic platform that brings together the most prominent real estate developers, investors, banks, and government agencies from different countries of the world, to explore opportunities for cooperation and review the latest projects and real estate technologies and provides the opportunity to build new relationships and partnerships, and highlight innovations in the areas of smart construction, sustainable design, and real estate technology.
More than 500 personalities of Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama confirmed their participation in the event, which also includes more than 300 exhibitors from the UAE and international partnerships from the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the Sultanate of Oman.
The exhibition lasts three days, and includes an agenda full of events and activities, focusing on five main axes (IBS real estate), (future cities), (startups and real estate technology), (design) and (services). The organization of a series of conferences and specialized dialogues, including the “IPS” conference, the women’s conference, and the investor conference, along with workshops and discussion sessions offered by the sector experts, It deals with the most prominent developments in the market, and displays the latest real estate developers ’projects.
The activities include a competition dedicated to startups, wings for the participating countries, and an area dedicated to investors, in addition to signing a number of memoranda of understanding that reflect the level of international cooperation in the sector.
