المملكة: King Abdulaziz University won 31 awards at the Geneva Exhibition for Inventions

King Abdulaziz University has achieved 31 international awards at the Geneva International Exhibition for Inventions 2025, for 11 innovative projects presented by its researchers and innovations from the Teaching Members and Student Authority, which reflects the excellence of the university in various scientific fields.
The prizes were distributed to a number of colleges and research centers at the university, where their researchers won two gold medals and six silver medals and a bronze medal, in addition to (22) special prizes from international organizations and bodies specialized in inventions.

Geneva Exhibition for Inventions

The invention of the gold medal was crowned, which is Aisha Hassan Alimi invention from the College of Applied Medical Sciences, which is (a diagnostic medical examination to detect illness in the fetus chromosomes before it is implanted) and the invention of Adnan Jamaan Turki from the College of Marine Sciences, related to (biological installation of global warming gases)

Other research and student teams won silver and bronze medals for various inventions that included the fields of sea science, medicine, nursing, engineering, science, computers and information technology.

The silver medals were obtained by Muhammad Ali Al -Safani from the College of Marine Sciences for an invention entitled (Systems and Methods of Measuring the Department of Surface Mixture of Mixing) and Yasser Ali Shaban from the College of Marine Sciences for a project for an invention entitled (A way to divide water by electrical stimulation) and the good jewel from the Faculty of Medicine on an invention entitled (Hill Wove adhesive)

While the list of those with silver medals included Hala Maghrabal, Reem Hussein from the Faculty of Nursing, Lian Asiri from the College of Engineering, for the invention of (pressure stability system) and Rahaf World, Raghad Al -Jundi from the Faculty of Medicine and Renad Al -Afandi from the College of Engineering about the invention of (Hypato Residents) and Sarah Al -Mutairi, Modi Al -Baqmi from the College of Science and Ghala Al -Maliki from the College of Computers and Information Technology about the invention of (the sewage pipelines .. Fort).

Wide international appreciation

The bronze medal, Dr. Hossam Ali Sayyid, from the Faculty of Medicine, won the Rabigh Branch, an invention entitled Nanozinardim Tancin, to deliver the medicine to the liver.
The university researchers won a wide international appreciation, which was represented in 22 special awards in appreciation of their innovations from international organizations from France, Korea, Poland, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong, which confirms the global value of these inventions and the possibility of their widely applied.
