America’s foreign ministers and Russia are looking for the phone’s phone dispute in Ukraine

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a phone call to his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, on Thursday, to inform him of the content of discussions taking place in Paris regarding the conflict in Ukraine, stressing that “peace is possible” if all parties show a commitment to reach an agreement.
A statement by the US State Department said that Rubio “conveyed to his Russian counterpart the same message that the American team conveyed to the Ukrainian delegation and our European allies in Paris: President (Donald) Trump and the United States want to end the war and they offered all parties the outlines of a permanent peace.”

Talks on Ukraine

The ministry pointed out that “the encouraging receipt in Paris for the American labor framework shows that peace is possible if all parties show a commitment to reach an agreement.”
First talks took place on Ukraine with the participation of Americans, Europeans and Ukrainians on Thursday in Paris before a meeting with London, while the ceasefire negotiations that Washington started with the Europeans insisting on playing a role.
Rubio wrote in a post on X: “We came to Paris with one goal: finding concrete solutions to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. And stop the absurd bloodbath.”

Peace in Ukraine

Rubio participated in talks in Paris, accompanied by the American delegate Steve Whitchov and the American special envoy to Ukraine Keith Kelog.
With pressure from Washington, which expressed an openness to Moscow, Kiev agreed to an unconditional endowment of the battles for 30 days, what Russia ignored.
In parallel, Trump continues to criticize Ukrainian President Voludimir Zellinski, but he pointed out on Thursday that he does not hold him a “responsibility” of the war.
