Ajman Municipality completes 3 residential gardens with an area of ​​10 thousand square meters

Ajman on April 26 / WAM / The Municipal Department of Planning and Planning in Ajman completed 3 gardens from the category of residential parks and social arenas with a total area of ​​10 thousand square meters, at a cost of 6 million dirhams, in the areas of Al-Mumtazi, Al-Raqeeb 2, and Al-Mawah 2, within the plan of agriculture and public parks to establish 6 community arenas during the period from 2024-2026.

Dr. Eng. Khaled Moeen Al -Hosani, Executive Director of the Public Health and Environment Sector in the department, stressed that she pays great attention to increasing the green area and upgrading Ajman to be one of the most important green cities in the world so that its residents enjoy stunning views and healthy and pure atmosphere, and to attract tourists and visitors to walk in an ideal environment.

He added that the gardens of the societal complexes and squares witnessed a great approval from the emirate community and contributed to raising the quality of life and happiness of children, appreciating the efforts of competencies that implement the projects of preparation and decorate the emirate with green spaces and find natural outlets everywhere.

For his part, Mr. Ahmed Saif Al -Muhairi, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Public Gardens in the department, explained that each of these parks includes a shaded free games area, transformers with sessions, walking corridors, and parking lots, indicating that the gardens are in line with the sustainability standards with green surfaces with automatic irrigation systems with redesed water, and solar energy lighting system.

And that the department is keen to accomplish gardens that meet the aspirations of all segments, and is largely concerned with the category of people of determination, in which their approved criteria were taken into account besides providing dedicated positions for them.

It is worth noting that the department will work during the current year 2025 to establish 3 new residential gardens in the cliff sites, Al -Mawahat 1, and the Montazi.
