“Al -Faris Al -Shaham 3” launches the initiative to dig water wells in the southern Gaza Strip
Al -Arish, April 26/ WAM/ The “Al -Faris 3” operation announced the launch of the initiative to dig water in cooperation with local bodies and municipalities in the southern Gaza Strip to contribute to reducing the aggravation of the severe water shortage disaster in an urgent humanitarian move to alleviate the effects of the crisis, while emphasizing that these efforts remain temporary solutions and do not represent a radical treatment of the continuous humanitarian crisis.
This initiative comes in light of the continued closure of the Gaza Strip crossings and the prevention of the flow of food supplies and the fuel needed to operate water stations, and the consequent collapse of vital infrastructure.
On the other hand, the “Al -Faris 3” operation announced its support for the adaptations of food and primitive bakeries through the local market, targeting the shelter camps and centers in southern Gaza, in an effort to provide the minimum food security for the affected families and mitigate their suffering in the harsh humanitarian conditions.
