المملكة: 500 smart cadres and guide lead the bus counseling center for Lahj 1446 AH

The bus counseling center for pilgrims abroad in the Holy Capital, affiliated with the Coordination Council of the Corporation of Corporate Corporate Corporates and the providers of the pilgrims service abroad, announced, with the participation of the General Union of Cars and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the completion of its operational and technical plan to receive the Hajj season this year 1446 AH, by qualifying and training more than “1500” human staff, and providing a system of integrated services characterized by efficiently And speed and accuracy.

The operational plan

The Director General of the Center, Abdullah Sindi, explained that the operational plan for this year was prepared from an early age, as more than 1,200 field counselors were trained, they were equipped with smart devices directly linked to the Follow -up and Control Center, which works around the clock to monitor the movement of buses and ensure that it reaches the housing headquarters in the shortest possible time.
The work system was also supported by more than 300 administrative and field employees from the youth and young women of the country to facilitate the tasks of guidance and the bus movement inside the reception center and the Al -Haramain Train Station in Makkah Al -Mukarramah.

“Rachel me” digital platform

Sindi emphasized that the center depends on the digital platform “Arshadni”, which was developed as an integrated smart system to support the guides in tracking buses, updating the flight data instantaneously, and immediate coordination with the operating teams, in order to raise the efficiency of performance and contribute to improving the quality of the service provided to pilgrims.
He pointed out that the guidance trip starts from the reception station in Al -Nawariya and the Al -Haramain Train Station, where pilgrims coming through buses and trains are received, and their official procedures are completed by qualified national cadres, using an electronic system linked to the Hajj and Umrah Information Center, which contributes to accelerating the registration of data and directing the pilgrims to their homes directly.
