The Digital Communication Conference, organized by King Abdulaziz University represented by the College of Communication and Information under the slogan “Communication .. Media and More”, concluded its work with the participation of more than 140 researchers and experts representing 56 universities and academic and professional institutions from 13 countries around the world, embodying the ambitious future vision towards building an innovative and renewable media environment, as one of the most prominent academic platforms specialized in anticipating the future of digital communication.
Throughout 13 dialogue sessions, 11 scientific sessions and 13 specialized workshops, the conference strengthened the integration between academic education and vocational practices, which embodies the university’s commitment to support digital transformation, in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, a strategic step towards re -communication and media specializations in line with the importance of technical developments and their challenges in the media sector, and global digital transformations.

The conference touched on a number of scientific papers, to show artificial intelligence, marketing and digital content, where media formation in Arab universities and the requirements of qualifying media cadres in the digital environment, the strategy of teaching media, communication, trends and modern educational trends, and the impact of online education platforms on the dynamics of traditional classrooms in Saudi university education.

The conference dealt with aspirations on the trends of professors and students of the media towards artificial intelligence applications, by using it in the fields of media through press practice, marketing digital content, and employing social networks in building public relations, while adapting to technology and employing them in media studies and research methodologies, dramatic and cinematic production, while emphasizing identity and the values ​​system in the digital space.
