Putin confirms that he does not need a stimulant to wake up in the morning

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he never needs a stimulant to wake up in the morning, but in some important moments in particular resort to helping assistants.

The president admitted that, like many others, he finds it difficult to wake up in the morning at times.
