The Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Commission for Lawyers, Dr. Walid Al -Samaani, launched the unified contract for law fees; In order to organize the contractual relationship between the lawyer and his client, within a legal framework of transparency and reliability, which enhances preventive justice.
The contract – registered in the service of establishing contracts on the Nafez platform – acquires the status of the executive bond, and is dealt with through the implementation courts in an electronic way through a successful platform without the need to file a lawsuit.
The unified contract provides specialized legal services that include judicial representation, providing legal consultations, preparing legal documents, with documentation of all operations related to the service, including payment of fees, delivery and receipt of documents, and documenting mutual notifications between the two parties.

Lawyer fees contract

The contract guarantees the obligation of legal installations to return all the assets received from the client after paying the fees, as well as obligating the client to pay the fees on their specified times.
The unified contract for law fees comes within a series of products aimed at reducing judicial disputes and achieving preventive justice.
