Trump intends to officially naming the Arabian Gulf instead of “Persian”

The American Associated Press said that US President Donald Trump intends to adopt the name “Arab Gulf” instead of the name “Persian Gulf”, officially.
According to the agency, quoting US officials, Trump is planning to announce this soon.
Two American officials spoke with the Associated Press, provided that their identity was not disclosed, to discuss the matter.
The White House and the National Security Council did not immediately respond to the letters of the request for comment.
