His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al -Samaani, received, in his office today, His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mr. Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al -Jalajel.
The two ministers stressed the integration between the two ministries in the transfer of the specializations of health bodies from the Ministry of Health to the public judiciary, which reflects the extent of active partnership and the depth of joint institutional work to serve the beneficiaries.

Development initiatives

During the meeting, a number of development initiatives that enhance the quality of judicial work through medical expertise, support the efforts of digital transformation, and facilitate the exchange of data between the two sides.
A number of specialized departments have been established to take care of such disputes, and the judges and their associates were trained in a specialized training that corresponds to the quality and nature of these issues; To achieve objective quality and accuracy in judicial outputs related to these disputes.
It is noteworthy that in January 2023, the specializations of the health authority moved from the Ministry of Health to the public judiciary, which contributed to the speedy decisioning cases of medical errors.
