Abu Dhabi, May 10 / WAM / The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security decided to exempt the sisterly nationals of the Republic of Sudan from the fines of them with regard to residence permits and entry permits, in a move that reflects the state’s keenness to alleviate the repercussions of the exceptional circumstances that the Republic of Sudan is going through.

The commission clarified that the decision will enter into force as of May 19, 2025 and continue until the end of this year, where the citizens of the sisterly Republic of Sudan, who have resulted in financial fines, can correct their conditions and apply for renewal through the official digital channels of the authority, explaining that the procedures will take place according to soft and flexible procedures while exempting them from the fines arising from them.
