Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Abdel Fattah bin Suleiman Mashat visited the headquarters of the Coordination Council for the companies of the heads of sects and the service providers of the pilgrims abroad, to see the most important operational roles that the coordination council performs through its role in support of the service providing companies with the aim of enabling them to provide its finest services to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God.
The visit included wandering inside the Milestone Management Center for Hajj (Monitoring and Follow -up) and seeing the work of the electronic platform “Coordination”, which is concerned with following up the readiness of the service companies to provide pilgrims abroad in the holy sites, which the coordination council was assigned by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The most prominent roles played by the platform were presented, starting with the study of requests to enhance electrical power, then match the spaces received on the land of nature and study the solutions of reducing the reduction and lack of space Relationship.
He stressed the importance of adhering to the readiness of the pilgrims ’sites to the holy sites according to the dates that were identified, urging the utmost effort and care, and noting the positive role that the Council offers through this electronic platform in following up the field rounds implemented by the engineering consultant of the council.

And that these integrative efforts with the service providing companies, God willing, will bear a high level of performance and quality in the services of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, achieving the goals of the rational government, and continuous follow -up from the Supreme and Central Hajj Committees, and direct and permanent supervision from the Minister of Hajj and Umrah.
The visit included a discussion of the platform mechanism and the extent of the response of the service providing companies with it, and to confirm that the results of the issued reports reflect the extent of the companies’ capabilities to operate and serve the number of pilgrims scheduled for them.
Dr. Mashat noted the importance of integrating technical roles with the field roles to reflect the realistic result of operational capabilities, and to inform all companies of the importance of this project and its role in monitoring their operational ability to serve the guests of Rahman through the service paths that were adopted to measure.

Providing the finest services

The President of the Coordination Council, Saher bin Abdulaziz Matar, affirmed the council’s keenness and service companies to provide the finest services and at the best levels to keep pace with the aspirations of the rational leadership.
During the tour, Dr. Abdel Fattah Mashat briefed on the project to follow up on the operational capacity of the service providing companies for pilgrims abroad, which the Council undertakes based on the direction of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in addition to the platform (ready -made Hajj) that was established with the aim of following up the measurement of the operational capacity of companies.
