A small part of sunny Florida is covered in snow for the second year in a row

cst Snowgrasses and rooftops for a short time in parts of western Snowstorms for parts of North Dakota and Minnesota, and snow is expected in the Northeast.

Last year, some of these areas saw a 20-centimeter layer of snow in January, the heaviest snowfall in many places since the late 18th century.
