Emirates International Aluminum Company, the world’s largest “high -quality” aluminum producer in the world, has announced its plans to build the first first aluminum production factory in the United States of America, where the company plans to invest $ 4 billion in this project.

The construction of the Emirates International Aluminum Factory in the United States will begin after completing the feasibility study by the end of 2026, with the start of the production of the molten metal before the end of the current decade.

It is expected that the production capacity of the factory will reach 600 thousand tons of aluminum initial annually, equivalent to the weakness of the United States from this basic mineral for modern life and national security, and the first aluminum imports meet about 85% of the needs of the American industry, from the auto sector to flying and construction.

The first aluminum production factory will be established in Oklahoma, after the completion of long -term electrical energy saving agreements at competitive prices for the factory, in addition to the investment and tax incentives that will be provided by the state government, as negotiations between the Emirates International Aluminum Company and the Public Services Company in Oklahoma and the state government reached advanced stages.

The company signed an exclusive agreement according to which it obtained the option of renting land in the industrial zone in the port “Tlesa Anola” in Oklahoma, and the “Tolisa Anola” port is located on the navigation system across the Arkansas McCarns River, which connects to the Mississippi River system and provides an effective way to transport shipments.

Kevin State, the governor of Oklahoma, stressed their keenness to consolidate the industrial sector in Oklahoma, and the Emirates International Aluminum Company is the perfect partner to achieve these aspirations, pointing to their cooperation with the company for more than a year in setting plans to build the first new aluminum production factory in the United States for more than four decades in the state, which will constitute a strategic industrial center that contributes to providing job opportunities for the population and promoting the population Flexibility of economics and national security in the United States.

For his part, Abdel Nasser Bin Kalban, CEO of Emirates International Aluminum Company, said that the company has the skills and technology and capital to develop the aluminum melting industry in the United States of America, where the United States is an important market for the Emirates International Aluminum Company, looking forward to building the first advanced American aluminum factory in Oklahoma to meet the strong demand for high -quality aluminum ‘made in America’, where this project represents a special step in the company’s march With strengthening economic relations between the two countries.


It is expected that the project will contribute to providing up to four thousand local jobs in the field of construction during the construction phase, and upon its start it will provide about a thousand direct and durable jobs, and will contribute to the development of a local industrial center specialized in this sector, which enhances job opportunities and adds economic activity to the supply chain and aluminum -based manufacturing chain. The UAE of aluminum is one of the world’s leading companies in aluminum melting technologies, as its own technologies have been developed for more than 35 years, and these technologies will be used to build the new project.


The United States is considered one of the largest markets for the Emirates International Aluminum Company, as aluminum products are used in various parts of the United States, the company produced by the company, and the company “EGA America”, which supervises the distribution of the company’s products in the United States, is based from St. Louis, in the state of Missouri.

The recycled aluminum company in the United States is produced through its 80% stake in the company “Specro Aloise” in the city of Rosemont, Minnesota, which acquired it in 2024.

Emirates International Aluminum Company is invested in enhancing the current production capacity of 110,000 tons annually of recycled aluminum alloy, through the production of recycled aluminum cylinders with a production capacity of 55 thousand tons, and production is expected to start in the second half of 2025, while continuing to increase production throughout the year.
