Al -Mufarraj explained during a symposium held by “Al -Youm newspaper” that among the important real estate directives that are being worked on, the file of organizing the relationship between the lessor and the tenant, a file that affects all the cities of the Kingdom and is not limited to the city of Riyadh.
He pointed out that the General Real Estate Authority was charged with preparing an integrated study on this subject, within a specific time period, in preparation for submitting it to the relevant authorities to take the appropriate decision.

On the other hand, Al -Mufarraj pointed out that enhancing transparency in the real estate market is one of the main trends in the next stage.
He indicated that there is an official mandate for the Royal Commission for the city of Riyadh and the General Authority of the Real Estate to develop a clear and regular model to monitor real estate prices and disclose it periodically at the Kingdom level.

He added that these real estate indicators aim to raise the awareness of the market and improve the investment environment by providing consumers and investors with accurate and reliable information that helps them make studied decisions, in order to enhance justice and transparency in real estate transactions.
