His Highness conveyed to the fourteenth Pope Liu, the congratulations of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, on the great confidence that the Cardinate Complex paid in the Vatican metropolitan for his election at the head of the Catholic Church, wishing his holiness to succeed in promoting the values ​​of peace and coexistence, supporting civilized and human dialogue, and rapprochement between peoples and religions.

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi stressed that the UAE is keen to enhance its humanitarian mission, and work with Pope Liu XIV to consolidate the values ​​of peace, coexistence, and tolerance in the world, and support joint efforts aimed at finding solutions to humanitarian and social issues, in a way that serves all humanity.

His Highness pointed to the importance of upholding the concepts of tolerance, peace and dialogue between various religions in the world, through the “human brotherhood” document that took place in Abu Dhabi in 2019, between the honorable Imam Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh of Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, and the late Pope Francis, which formed a historical station and a bright sign in the march of rapprochement between religions and brotherhood between humans.
