A delegation of German Criminal Customs reviews specializations "Walk" In protection and protection systems

Dubai, May 20/ WAM/ A delegation from the Federal Bureau of German Criminal Customs was briefed on the specialties of the Security Industry Regulatory Foundation “Sira”, and the nature of its work in the Department of Protection and Prevention Systems.

This came during a visit by the delegation today to the headquarters of the institution, where an introductory meeting was followed, followed by a field tour in “Sira” facilities, in the context of strengthening international cooperation between the security authorities.

The tour included a visit to the security systems control room, where the Foundation’s experts reviewed the latest security programs that are being developed to keep pace with security and safety requirements in the Emirate of Dubai.

The delegation was briefed on the mechanism of operating these systems and discussed possible ways of cooperation between the two sides.

The tour also included visiting the technical laboratory, which is managed by young and qualified Emirati cadres, and is concerned with examining and licensing security devices and systems, in addition to developing and creating the latest examination, testing and accreditation systems.

The visit was concluded with a tour of the security plans accreditation office, where the delegation got acquainted with the procedures used to approve the security designs for commercial facilities and vital sectors in Dubai.
