المملكة: 37 minutes save the eyes of a Turkish need in King Abdullah Medical City

A specialized medical team in King Abdullah Medical City, a member of the Makkah Al -Mukarramah Health Gathering, saved a Turkish need after an accurate surgical intervention to address a severe network separation in the left eye, threatening the vision center and called for an urgent intervention.
The need had arrived at the center as it suffers from a sudden weakness in the four -day vision, as fine clinical checks showed a dangerous hole in the retina that caused its separation.
Immediately, the medical team, led by Dr. Nasser Al -Saadi, a consultant of network medicine and surgery, began conducting an advanced operation that included glass liquid eradication, separation repair and silicone oil injections.

A stable health condition

The operation was successfully performed in record time, which amounted to 37 minutes, as part of the one -day operations program, and the need came out in a stable health condition and under accurate medical follow -up.
The Makkah Al -Mukarramah Health Gathering explained that the retinal detachment is one of the emergency cases that require urgent intervention, as the retina rupture leads to the leakage of the glass fluid behind it, which causes its separation from the inner wall of the eye, and in the event of delayed treatment, the patient may lose his eyesight permanently.
