A Moroccan team requests Cristiano Ronaldo’s services

Moroccan Wydad Club has requested the services of Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the star of the Saudi victory, to participate with him in the World Cup for Clubs scheduled for next month in the United States.

The Spanish newspaper “Marca” reported that the Moroccan Wydad is seeking to support its ranks with a heavy -caliber deal and secure the appearance of Ronaldo in the upcoming World Cup, especially since the Moroccan team suffered in the current season at the technical level, which delayed its ranking on the league list in his country in third place with 54 points behind the renaissance of Berkane, the leader with 70 points.

The newspaper said, “Ronaldo suffers from a decline in his team’s performance in the Saudi League, as well as not appearing in person at the required level, amid the club’s hesitation in signing a new contract with him.”
