Hamdan bin Mohammed visits a forum "Make in the Emirates 2025" It praises in turn to consolidate an advanced industrial base in the country

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum toured the exhibition, accompanied by His Excellency Sultan Ahmed Al -Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, His Excellency Omar Sultan Al -Ulama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Action Applications, Hilal Saeed Al -Marri, Director General of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, and His Excellency Faisal Al -Bannai, Advisor to His Highness the President of the State for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology, President The Board of Directors of the “Edge” group, where during the tour, His Highness inspected a number of national wings participating in the forum, and His Highness listened to an explanation about the pivotal role that national industries play in shaping the future of the industrial scene in the UAE.

During the tour, His Highness was also briefed on the latest solutions and smart technologies that Emirati companies offer, including the areas of artificial intelligence, robots, energy, manufacturing, and real estate development.

On this occasion, His Highness said: “Today, the national industry embodies one of the most important pillars of the sustainable economy in the UAE, and it constitutes a major driver to achieve the vision of the rational leadership of a more diverse and innovative future.

His Highness added: “The UAE, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State“ may God protect him ”, and the follow -up of his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai“ may God bless him ”, continued to implement ambitious plans to expand the contribution of the industrial sector to the local product, increase its export capabilities, and open new horizons to specific investments.

His Highness said: “The industry is not just an economic sector, but rather a pillar of national sovereignty, and a vital field for building the human and technological capabilities of the state and the UAE attaches special importance to enhancing national content, enabling the youth of the homeland to the tools of advanced industry, and providing the legislative and logistical environment supporting the growth of this vital sector.”

His Highness added: “This strategic forum confirms that the UAE has the will, vision, infrastructure and knowledge to be a pioneering and global industrial center, and that the partnership between the government and private sectors will remain the basis on which we build our industrial future.”

During the tour of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the forum, His Highness inspected the traditional pavilion of crafts, where His Highness listened to an explanation about the live shows of the pavilion in the forum from the live shows of a group of different traditional crafts that combine traditions and innovation, in addition to interactive workshops that list the story of the Emirati crafts from the roots to the future.
His Highness’s tour included the wing of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, where His Highness listened to the wing officials to an explanation about the participation of the pavilion in the forum as a pivotal platform that brings together the main parties that contribute to the empowerment and growth of the industrial sector in the emirate, including the Dubai Industrial City, the National Industries Agency, the Dubai Authority for Integrated Economic Zones, Dubai Chambers, and the South Dubai.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also inspected the wing of the “Edge” group, where during his visit to the pavilion, His Highness looked at the pivotal role played by the leading national group in the fields of advanced technology and defense manufacturing, in accelerating the pace of sovereign defense industries in the country, and contributing to building a competitive industrial system at the global level.
His Highness also visited the wing of the International Holding Company “IHC”, where during the visit, His Highness visited the support of the national company for national industrial growth, since the company’s launch in the year 1999, to consolidate its position and become one of the most prominent global investment companies raising, through its commitment to sustainability, innovation and economic diversification in more than 1300 A company, all of it contributes to pushing the growth hurry in varying vital sectors, such as the Department of Assets, Health Care, Real Estate, Financial Services, Determination, Television and others.

His Highness stopped during the tour at the “Microbolis Robotics” pavilion, where His Highness watched live shows of a self -driving security vehicle, and a security control plane, along with a smart robot that contributes to raising operational efficiency in the ports, to accelerate procedures and raise operational efficiency in the ports.

His Highness also visited the “Artificial Intelligence Center” of the Advanced Technology Research Council, which is participating in a pavilion in the forum, where His Highness was briefed on advanced solutions based on automation and simulation, including locally programmed GAL, which represents a model of national ability to develop sovereign solutions in vital areas.

The tour also included the “Emaar Real Estate” pavilion, where His Highness was briefed on its pioneering role in developing the real estate scene in Dubai, as well as visiting the “Docab” suite, which represents an Emirati success story in manufacturing and exporting to more than 55 countries.

At the conclusion of the tour, His Highness visited the “Archer” wing, which is preparing to launch the first electric air taxi service in the country.

The “Made in the Emirates” forum, which concludes its work tomorrow, Thursday, is held under the slogan “The Impact of the National Content Program – the UAE’s commitment to developing the skills of Emirati cadres”, one of the most prominent industrial events in the UAE, as it provides a platform that brings together government agencies, investors and manufacturers to support the achievement of the state’s ambitions in the industry and export sectors.
