"Ajman’s special education affairs" It enhances the educational environment in the emirate’s schools

Ajman, May 28 / WAM / The Office of Special Education Affairs in the Emirate of Ajman organized, in cooperation with the Crisis Prevention Institute Foundation, a specialized workshop entitled “Safety Schools and Better Conduct: Strategies to achieve a balance between the safety of the school and positive behavior”, targeting school principals and administrative and educational staff in the emirate.
The workshop provided a package of practical strategies, based on scientific foundations, with the aim of enabling workers in the educational field to build a safe school environment, supporting the positive behavior of students. The workshop dealt with various axes, aiming to enhance the culture of accountability and respect, and to develop behavioral responses that take into account relationships and shocks, in addition to applying a “360 -degree” holistic approach that contributes to improving behavior and ensuring school safety.
His Excellency Mahmoud Al -Hashemi, Executive Director of the Office of Special Education Affairs in Ajman, stressed that the workshop comes within a strategic direction, aiming to enable educational cadres and provide effective tools to deal with behavioral challenges within the school environment, noting that the safe and stimulating educational environment is the basis for the success of students and their psychological and behavioral well -being.
