His Highness pointed out that King Philip ordered the sending of money to India, and the construction of a fleet of local ships there, in order to shorten the distance between India and Hymes, explaining that His Highness the details of this fleet and its armament mentioned it in the book “Baby Decree” that His Highness composed, in addition to tracking his walk to the battle site in Hormuz against the English and Dutch forces, until the end of the battle by defeating the Portuguese fleet.
His Highness concluded his speech addressing the audience, saying: “The women and gentlemen, I am on this day, I present this manuscript, a gift to the Catholic Catholic Heart University, as well as a book of papal decree, which is an investigation of that manuscript, to be placed in its right place, in this ancient university, in recognition of this academic cooperation of this university.”
