Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed is witnessing part of the activities "The World Facilities Exhibition and Conference 2025"
Abu Dhabi, May 29/ WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, witnessed part of the activities of the fourth session of the International Facilities Exhibition and the Facilities Conference hosted by Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “Taqah” at the Denik Abu Dhabi Center between 27 and 29 May.
During the visit, His Highness made an inspection tour that included a number of national wings participating in the exhibition, the most prominent of which is the Power of the Energy Department – Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “Energy”, the “Einkap” company of Abix Energy, and the Swedish Electric Company. On the basis for the promotion of sustainability practices in this vital sector.
The event hosted a group of decision makers and experts over three days of strategic dialogues, technical offers and initiatives supporting to advance the wheel of the development of the energy and water sectors.
The course of the current year has received more than 18 thousand visitors, along with one thousand and 400 delegations, and more than 500 experts and speakers from different countries of the world, in support of the efforts to enhance the innovation system and consolidate the principles of sustainability and environmentally friendly practices in the utility sector in light of the growing global demand for energy and water.
The fourth edition of the International Facilities Exhibition and Conference highlighted the digital transformation, artificial intelligence, the elasticity of smart networks and sustainable financing for projects that depend on renewable natural resources, such as wind energy and solar energy, to find realistic and sustainable solutions to the challenges facing the sector.
His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during this visit, was accompanied by His Excellency Muhammad Ali Al -Shurafa, Head of the Municipalities and Transport Department and His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Hamid Al -Jarwan, Head of the Energy Department – Abu Dhabi and His Excellency Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary -General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi His Excellency Hamid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and CEO of ADNEC Group.
