The weekly report of the Bahrain Stock Exchange: More than 77 million shares traded approximately 14 million dinars

The amount of shares traded in the “Bursa Al -Bahrain” during this week reached 77 million and 971 thousand and 782 shares, with a total value of 13 million and 956 thousand and 817 Bahraini dinars, carried out by the brokers in favor of investors through 354 deals.

The investors circulated during this week the shares of 30 companies, the price of the shares of 6 companies increased, while the prices of shares of 9 companies decreased, and the rest of the companies kept their previous closure prices.

The first place in this week’s transactions was acquired, with the value of its shares traded 12 million and 294 thousand and 442 Bahraini dinars, or 88.09 %of the total value of the traded shares, at a quantity of 72 million, 484 thousand and 529 shares, which were implemented through 42 transactions.

As for the second rank, it was the share of the money sector, with the value of its trading shares 766 thousand and 165 Bahraini dinars, or 5.49 % of the total value of the shares traded on the stock exchange, with a amount of 3 million and 142 thousand and 697 shares, which were implemented through 157 transactions.

As for the corporate level, the sword contracts came in the first place in terms of value, as the value of its shares amounted to 12 million and 291 thousand and 239 Bahraini dinars and at 88.07% of the value of the traded shares, and by the value of its estimated 72 million, 461 thousand and 631 shares, which were implemented through 38 transactions.

In the second place, Al -Salam Bank came at a value of 410 thousand and 772 Bahraini dinars, and 2.94% of the value of the traded shares, and in a quantity of one million and 871 thousand and 839 shares, which were implemented through 91 transactions.

Returning to trading rates during this week through 5 working days, we find that the daily average of the value of the traded shares amounted to two million and 791 thousand and 363 Bahraini dinars, while the daily average of the amount of shares traded was 15 million and 594 thousand and 356 shares, while the average number of deals during this week amounted to 71 deals.
