The Ministry of Interior issues administrative decisions against (25) violators of the Hajj regulations and instructions to transfer them (94) violators who do not carry permits to perform the Hajj.
Hajj systems and instructions included imprisonment and financial fines amounting to (100,000) riyals, defamation of the carriers and the deportation of expatriates from them while preventing them from entering the Kingdom for a period of (10) years after the implementation of the punishment, and demanding the confiscation of vehicles used in the transportation judicially, and punishing those who tried to perform the pilgrimage without a permission with a fine of (20,000) riyals.
