The national teams deal with the fire of the Hamriyah port in Sharjah without registering human injuries

The General Command of Sharjah Police and the Sharjah Civil Defense and National Teams continues its intensive efforts in carrying out the extinguishing operations to control the fire that broke out this morning, Saturday, in rapidly flammable materials in Al Hamriyah Port, without registering any human injuries so far, as part of an integrated fast field response, and with wide participation from the various concerned authorities.
The support efforts of the civil defense in the emirates of the state, along with the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, the Joint Aviation, and the municipalities of the city of Sharjah and Al -Hamriyah, are participating in the framework of a unified response system aimed at containing the fire and dealing with it according to the highest safety and efficiency standards.
The Commander -in -Chief of Sharjah Police, head of the local team for emergency, crisis and disasters in the Emirate of Sharjah, Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, confirmed that no human injuries have yet been recorded, indicating the continuation of extinguishing operations, while giving the maximum priority to protect lives and property.
He pointed out that the specialized teams continue their efforts to combat fire using the latest equipment, and follow the highest response standards, and stressed the importance of following up on developments through the approved official channels, warning the circulation of rumors, with the need to draw information from official sources.
