The President of the State and the Lebanese President are looking for cooperation relations between the two countries
Abu Dhabi, May 31 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, today received a phone call from His Excellency Joseph Aoun, President of the Lebanese Republic, during which he discussed brotherly relations and various aspects of cooperation and joint action and the keenness to continue their development in a way that achieves the interests of the two countries and returns with good and growing over their two brotherly peoples.
During the communication, the two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international issues and files of common concern and developments taking place in the Middle East region, and exchanged views on them, stressing in this context the importance of working to enhance the causes of stability, security and push towards the peace path in the region for the benefit of all their peoples and the development and prosperity of their countries.
