Partnership between "Porridge" and"ADNOC Supply and Services" At a value of 1.95 billion dirhams

Abu Dhabi, June 11/ WAM/ ADNOC Supply and Services, and Borouge, announced a 15 -year strategic partnership, aimed at supporting the great expansion in the production and export of petrochemical from the UAE.

The mutual benefit service agreement includes a value of at least 1.95 billion dirhams (531 million dollars), in support of the next phase of promotional plans for accelerated growth, and contributes to enhancing the efficiency of operational costs throughout the contract period by providing more than 184 million dirhams (50 million dollars) in costs and competencies during the first five years, in addition to strengthening the company’s supply chain network network.

The contract includes port management, container handling, and nutrition container ships services for Bruges container in Ruwais Industrial City, Abu Dhabi.

According to the agreement, ADNOC supplies supply and services to transfer up to 70% of the annual Borouge production, which will witness a remarkable increase after the expansion of the industrial complex “Bruges 4”.

ADNOC Supply and Services will be devoted to two tankers to transfer the Borouge products containers from Ruwais Industrial City to Jebel Ali Port in Dubai and Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi.

Hazim Sultan Al -Suwaidi, CEO of Buruj Company, said on this occasion that this agreement is based on the long and established partnership with ADNOC Supply and Services, which had a pivotal role in meeting the increasing customer needs in the fast -growing markets.

He added that the agreement provides great strategic benefits for Bruges, including achieving operational savings, improving the variable logistical costs, in addition to completing the railway operations and increasing the flexibility of the supply chain network in Buruj, pointing out that Bruges in light of the rapid growth in its productive ability continues to develop its capabilities to provide high -quality products and solutions efficiently, keeping pace with the growing global demand.

As part of its expansion plans, Bruges is preparing to increase its productive capacity by 1.4 million tons annually at the end of 2026, through its giant project “Borouge 4”, which will establish Ruwais’s position as the largest urinary production complex in one location in the world.

The partnership with ADNOC for supply and services will also contribute to improving the efficiency of the supply chain of Borouge, while enhancing ADNOC’s commitment to supply and services to provide innovative and integrated solutions to the supply chain that stimulates commercial movement and industrial flexibility, and the UAE vision supports the diversification of its economy with the aim of assuming a leading global position.

For his part, Captain Abdel Karim Al -Musabi, CEO of ADNOC Supply and Services Company, said that this comprehensive agreement for the container station represents a milestone in the successful partnership with Bruges, which achieves ADNOC Strategy for Supply and Services aimed at providing integrated logistical solutions that support the industrial growth of the UAE and enhance its export ambitions.

He added that, by taking advantage of the extensive experiences in the maritime and logistical fields, ADNOC guarantees supply and services to deliver high -quality petrochemical zodiac products to the various markets of the world efficiently and competitively.

ADNOC Supply and Services has integrated logistical capabilities that include the management of container stations operations, nutrition container services, and logistical solutions to meet the growing demand globally.

This agreement comes within the framework of the ADNOC supply and continuous services company seeking to consolidate its international presence, and to provide comprehensive logistical solutions to its customer base around the world in various sectors.
