Under the direction of Manal Bint Mohammed .. Launching a program "Sheleads" For future women’s leaders, June 23

Dubai, June 19/WAM/The campus of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and head of the Presidency Bureau, directed Her Highness Sheikha Manal Bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Women’s Foundation, to launch the “Sheleads” program for future women’s leaders during the period from 23 to 27 June at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai in cooperation with the UK’s Ashradej Halt Faculty of Business Administration.
This comes in a new strategic step aimed at continuing to support women’s efficiency and qualify them for leadership positions in the future.
The program is held with the participation of 25 leaders of the middle leadership levels from 13 entities from the governmental and private sectors and aims to contribute to the rehabilitation of posts to lead the future by refining their skills and meeting their aspirations towards a more influential performance in the comprehensive national development process and developing their capabilities to take over possible future roles in leadership positions and decision -making sites in the country.
The program comes as a reflection of the fundamental role of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the context of strengthening the leadership capabilities of Emirati women and an affirmation of Dubai’s firm support for the continuity of empowering women in various fields.
Through its various topics, the program discusses a number of leadership axes, such as the importance of highlighting the strengths and influences and how to build work teams with distinctive strategic thinking and its role in professional performance leadership and inspiration in addition to many discussion sessions and constructive conversations and other wealthy axes in the program agenda.
