Abdullah bin Zayed meets the Canadian Minister of Industry
Ottawa, June 21 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met His Excellency Melanie Jolie, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for the Canadian economic development of the Quebec regions.
During the meeting, which was held as part of a working visit by His Highness to Canada, the friendship between the two countries and the frameworks of bilateral cooperation and ways of strengthening it to serve their mutual interests and returning with prosperity and prosperity over their people.
The two sides reviewed the prospects for joint cooperation in a number of fields, especially industrial, commercial, investment, technological and renewable energy.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan pointed out the importance of joint work between the two friendly countries to enhance cooperation in the industrial sector, based on the distinguished Emirati Canadian relations, as well as the various and attractive opportunities that this sector abounds in the aspirations that support joint aspirations to achieve sustainable economic development.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Reem Bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation, His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al -Zyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, envoy of His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Saeed Mubarak Al -Hajri, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Commercial Affairs, and His Excellency Abdul Rahman Ali Al -Nadi, the state ambassador to Canada.
