Gaza is in urgent need of fuel, and the orders of displacement hinder access to hospitals

In its last update, the UN office stated that for the first time in days, the international teams had relatively stable communication for more than 24 hours, reaffirming the importance of communications to coordinate emergency relief and save lives. The OCHA office stressed that fuel is necessary to operate the emergency rooms, ambulances, and water desalination plants.
He added that at the present time, the field teams are working to rationalize the consumption of the remaining fuel, and are working to restore the stocks inside Gaza, in difficult areas. He explained that earlier today, Monday, one of the international teams managed to reach the fuel stored in Rafah. He said that if this task succeeds, this will give basic services more time, but not much of it.
The Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs stressed the need for the Israeli authorities to facilitate the movement of fuel in sufficient quantities into Gaza and all over it, including to the north and inside it, where fuel movement is often prevented.
On Saturday and Sunday, Otha said he tried with his partners to coordinate 16 humanitarian movement, but half of them were completely prevented, which hindered the transportation of water and fuel, providing nutrition services, and recovering the bodies. He added that the Israeli authorities have facilitated some efforts to remove solid waste and the movement of employees inside Gaza without delivering supplies.
New displacement
The Humanitarian Coordination Office said that most of the Gaza Strip is still under displacement orders. He added that the Israeli authorities issued another direction today, this time, for two neighborhoods in Khan Yunis, who include Hope and Nasser Hospital.
Although the Israeli authorities have made it clear that hospitals are not required to evacuate, he said that this directive impedes access to these vital facilities for both patients who need help and medical staff that need to treat these patients.
An invitation to accountability for violations against the participants in the “global march to Gaza”
On the other hand, the United Nations Office for Human Rights called on Egypt and Libya to ensure accountability for unnecessary and unnecessary use recently by the security forces and those who seemed security men in civilian outfit against peaceful activists participating in the “global march to Gaza”.
A spokesman for the UN office, precious Al -Khaitan, said that these activists were expressing their solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza and carrying humanitarian aid to the Strip. He also called on the Egyptian government and the de facto authorities in eastern Libya to immediately and unconditionally release all those who may be still in arbitrary detention.
Al -Khaitan said in a press statement that the useful use of unnecessary force against activists, their illegal detention, their mistreatment, and their forced deportation by Egypt and Libya are all violations of their rights to freedom, security, freedom of expression and peaceful gathering. He added: “We have also received disturbing reports on sexual and gender -based violence against women’s posts.”
The UN office also expressed concern about the activists being attacked in Egypt by security men, apparently, in the presence of members of the law enforcement forces in the uniform who did not interfere.
The Human Rights Office called on Egypt, Libya and other relevant authorities to conduct immediate, independent and comprehensive investigations in these events. “Egypt and Libya must respect and ensure freedom of expression and the right to peaceful gathering.”
