A smart system for considering requests to review grades

The Ministry of Education has activated an integrated electronic system to review the final evaluation degrees, specifying the period of admission of grievance requests for the academic year 2025/2024 starting from June 30 to the second of next July, via the IDH electronic platform on the link:

According to the “submitting a review request request”, issued by the Examination and Evaluation Department for General Education in the Ministry, the 12 -year students are available in public and private schools applied to the Ministry’s curriculum, to submit their applications electronically, while students of the third to the third go to 11 to their school departments directly to complete the review procedures according to the approved channels.

The Ministry confirmed that the scope of the review is limited to the (written) paper part of the end of the chapter test, and with a maximum of three subjects from a specific list, namely: the Arabic language, the English language, science, physics, and mathematics, and this procedure also applies to a number of special groups, in the forefront of the owners of dedicated anxiety within individual plans or educational adaptations, and the sick students or their companions for treatment inside the state or outside it, As well as those who were absent with an approved medical excuse or due to the death of a first -class relative.

The Ministry stated that the review does not include the training evaluation of students in the subjects of the two groups A and B, as these requests are addressed within the school, as well as the applications of promotion after failure, granting additional opportunities for the repetition tests, and amending the proportions allocated to enroll in higher education institutions, or exception from the percentage of attendance at 65% for students of the first episode.

The Ministry has ruled out requests for re -classification of students with determination after their approval, requests of various educational systems, and cases of behavior or fraud, as well as the materials that are being tested exclusively.

She emphasized that the electronic system enables the student’s guardian or the student himself to follow up on the request step by step, as requests for Arabic language, mathematics, physics and science pass through three stages, the first to review the request, the second is the student’s notification of the result, and the third is to close the request, while the requests of the English language subject are referred to the management and evaluation management of public education, where it is subject to a gradual review at several supervisory levels, before issuing the final decision And inform the applicant.

The Ministry stated through the guide that all review operations are carried out by specialized academic committees and according to accurate criteria that guarantee integrity and impartiality, as well as providing clear and direct channels, allowing students and their parents to follow the course of requests electronically, in order to enhance confidence in the evaluation process outputs.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Education announced that the results of the end of the academic year 2024-2025, for all the academic stages, will be issued on Monday 30 June, and the first Tuesday of July.
