Sharjah team participates in the Formula 2 World Championships in Italy
Sharjah on June 27/ WAM/ The Sharjah Fast Brick team of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club participates in the first round of the World Formula 2 World Championships that start tomorrow in the Italian city of Brendesi and continues with the participation of a group of the most prominent international contestants under the supervision of the International Marine Sports Federation “Uim”.
The 2025 season is one of the strongest championship seasons and includes five rounds within the agenda of the International Federation, which raises the level of challenge and increases the intensity of competition between the participating teams.
The Sharjah team is running the competitions with two boats in this round, which are the 27th boat, which was fully manufactured in Sharjah and is considered one of the latest additions to the team’s fleet.
While the 18th boat, which is equipped with a two -run -up engine, which has strong performance and long experience in such tournaments, gives the team a diversity in technical options and race strategies.
The Sharjah team aspires to achieve a strong start at the beginning of its career in the championship, depending on the experiences of its drivers and the readiness of its boats, as well as the distinguished technical and administrative support that it enjoys from the club management and the team hopes to leave its mark since the first round in the framework of its endeavor to compete for the world title this season.
