Sharjah Airport is preparing to receive more than 800,000 passengers at the peak of summer

Sharjah, on June 28 / WAM / Sharjah Airport announced its full operational readiness to receive more than 800,000 passengers during the peak of the summer travel season, in the period from 1 to 15 July, stressing that all measures are taken to ensure a smooth and safe travel experience.

Within the framework of an integrated plan, the Sharjah International Airport Authority, in coordination with its strategic partners, intensified the efforts of the work teams around the clock and directed passengers towards the use of smart services and innovative technologies to facilitate procedures.

Preparations include an update of the security system and the development of logistical and health aspects to keep pace with the rapid developments in the aviation sector.

The airport invited the travelers to attend three hours before their flights to avoid any possible delay, with the importance of pre -verification of flight updates directly with airlines.

The authority affirmed its firm commitment to providing the best levels of service according to the highest safety standards, in order to establish the position of Sharjah Airport as a favorite destination and a basic pillar of travel traffic at the regional and international levels.
