The Minister of Social Solidarity and Labor decides to increase compensation to the victims of the Ashmoun road accident
In implementation of the directives of President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi to the government by increasing compensation in the amount of 100 thousand pounds for each death, and in the amount of 25 thousand pounds for each injury above the amounts decided by both the ministries of labor and social solidarity regarding the Ashmoun road accident. For social protection at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the General Administration of irregular labor, and the Menoufia Work Directorate to quickly take the necessary measures to increase compensation by the two ministries to reach 500 thousand pounds for the family of each victim of the Menoufia accident, in addition to 70 thousand pounds for each case. Yesterday, a terrible collision between a microbus and a heavy transport vehicle, which resulted in the death of 18 girls, the driver, and the injury of 3 others, all of them from the village of Kafr El -Snabsa, affiliated to the Menouf Center, while they were going to the workplaces of the daily system.
