Veterinarians announces the formation of the committee supervising the midterm elections
The General Syndicate of Veterinarians, headed by Dr. Magdy Hassan, announced the formation of the committee supervising the midterm elections for the General Syndicate and the sub-union council in Qena Governorate, following the union council meeting, today, Wednesday, December 17, 2025, to present the report of the committee receiving nomination applications for the midterm elections, and following up on the procedures regulating the electoral process.
The meeting witnessed the nomination of two members of the General Syndicate Council to fill the position of chairman of the committee. The supervisors of the elections are Dr. Hassan Zaki Ratib and Dr. Naji Ali Abdullah Salam. By conducting a voting process among the council members, Dr. Naji Ali Abdullah Salam was chosen as head of the committee supervising the elections.
6 members of the council also applied to run for membership in the committee supervising the elections, and they are Dr. Abdul Aziz Muhammad Al-Gawhary, Dr. Ayman Muhammad Helmy, Dr. Sharaf al-Din Faisal Sharaf, Dr. Sarah Ibrahim Atallah, Dr. Iman Maher Muhammad, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Shatibi Saad.
After the voting was conducted, the results resulted in the selection of 4 members of the supervisory committee, according to the highest votes, namely Dr. Abdulaziz Muhammad Al-Gohary, Dr. Ayman Muhammad Helmy, Dr. Iman Maher Muhammad, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Shatibi Saad.
The Council of the General Syndicate of Veterinarians extended its sincere wishes of success to all the candidates, and also thanked the committee receiving applications for its efforts made during the nomination stage and organizing the procedures related to the electoral process.
